few games, people start thinking we're good, then we have a losing slide leading into the ACCT. This is nothing new and should surprise no one.
Even I was getting my hopes up.

Unfortunately for some reason or another the Tigers under Brad Brownell during his 13 seasons haven't been able to keep up the good Basketball they have played in the month January by keeping it going in February

We all realize what is happening. No one on this board lacks the basketball knowledge to see where the Tigers need to improve. I support the team and coaches because that is what a Clemson man does. Do I think Brownell is a great coach? No I do not BUT it isn’t my job to rate him and it certainly is not my challenge to replace him. We have an excellent staff who are paid very,very good salaries to make these tough calls. I support them also. So should you but most of you have learned that you know what is right for Clemson. You would rather see Clemson fail than admit you were wrong. BB will go when the administration says he will go. Don’t look for the AD to replace a coach with 20 wins. Not basketball at Clemson.

And still, after 13 years, there needs to be some type of triage involved for the other patients. Clemson Basketball has focused on Coach Brownell. The critical patient is Clemson Basketball not Coach Brownell. It's past time to shift the focus back to players, boosters, alum and fans.

Seriously, please look at Clemson W/L records of the past and prove me wrong.
It isn't about pulling for Clemson to lose so I'm right, I'm right and it is frustrating to see Groundhog Day every year - especially when it happens over and over again.

I absolutely didn’t. I made several post asking people to wait until seasons end to make any judgement on this season. Great starts do not always have great finishes. I’ve been done with BB for a few years now. It was going to take a historic season for me to start to change my mind.
I will say that the season is still not over and crazier things have happened. So I’ll make my judgment by seasons end but my money is on this turns out to be your typical BB season.

Too bad you have not paid attention to previous seasons as this season bears little resemblance to years past. This team is more talented than years past and won at a much higher rate. We have not been tied for 1st in February in forever.

So you are saying this is a good team that could possibly win a few games in the ACC tourney and get a bid to the NCAA tourney?
I love people’s optimism I really do but what is especially special about this years team. We are not even a top 25 team but tout we are or were #1 in our conference. That speaks volumes to me. Let’s be #1 in conference with no doubt we are going into the NCAA, but that is not going to happen again this year. Most talented team I have seen at Clemson in a good number of years but it’s still not going to be enough.
I’m not downing anyone’s opinions I just can’t wrap my mind around this is as good as it gets.
