Anybody else having trouble with the board?

For the last couple of days I often run my cursor across a post to read it, but the cursor never changes to a finger pointing so I can't click on it to read.
I have to reload the board in order to get the cursor to work correctly.

Yes, it's happening regularly. I don't have to refresh, though...just scroll the page up or down and then you can click on whatever it was you were trying to click on. It's almost like a hidden popup is covering a portion of the screen.

This is the problem. There's a video ad on the bottom right, but it acts like it extends all the way across the page and you cannot click on any links on the "same horizontal" as the ad.
If you scroll the page vertically away from the ad, the links become clickable. Or, you can close the ad.

Clicked on this thread, read every post and had no problem. But, there was no pop up on the screen. I'll start looking for them.
Well, what do you know. One popped up as I was typing this.
