all these cartel profits and who's getting paid off...?

The international banking 'West' pretty much shut down Russian financial transactions and even claimed some deposits...

Why can't they or won't they do something about the cartels? Is this just another Miami/cocaine '80s redux?

from 40 years ago, so dark intelligence funding is probably the primary recipient/conduit to send it to other places around the globe.

They have a lot of cash, but generally banks in Central and South America. Some smaller banks in the USA and wherever.
