How would you handle this hypothetical work dilemma

You have a rockstar employee who gets all of his work done before the first bell... I mean clock in hours.

So he #### posts on Tnet all day.

Then after about 5 hours of that he goes and coaches facebook for another couple of hours then goes home and talks #### to other tnet people on snapchat for the rest of the night while drinking Busch Lights.
