My question as a dumb person is why can't Clemson and FSU leave the ACC and join the Big 10 with a creative way to earn money? Last year the Big 10 earned $845 mil. 74% of that was from TV. That leaves $200 mil of revenue not from TV.

Can Clemson and FSU not agree to come to the Big 10 for zero share of the TV contract, but supplement that with a provision of gaining revenue from other aspects of the Big 10? Is there no way to work around this by using technicalities? Just curious?

Obviously if you could it would have been done. Just not smart enough to figure out why you cant just put on paper your cut of the revenue doesn't come from TV.
