Will PJ Hall be named first team All-ACC this year?

Assuming that will be announced this week. I'm thinking yes because it's based on stats usually and he's 2nd in the conference in scoring. Is he one of the 5 best players in the ACC? Maybe, but seems so inconsistent this year. Clemson has had only 15 players ever named first team All-ACC:

I wonder what Williams could have been. He was a chubby but smooth as silk player for three years, then in senior year came out slimmed down and was unstoppable. You dont fall out of bed and make first team All ACC, and he went from okay to that in one year, by losing 20 lbs. No telling the numbers he would have had.
