way. Watson's status may move the line 1-2 points during the week toward us possibly as bettors drive it, but we'll enter the game as the dog in this one for sure. From the looks of it we should.

We are going to have to play our best game of the year. I believe GT is a dangerous team, and always seems to have our number in Atlanta. I am very concerned!

Considering we haven't won there since 2003, the fact that they seem to be playing well, how lackluster we've looked in wins vs far inferior competition, and probable Watson rust because he hasn't played in a month, I have no doubt that smart money will have us as a dog.

yeah, but... who cares if we haven't won there since 2003? we also didn't have the defense we've got now in those years. and the last two times we've played, the game has been in Clemson.
BC's offense/defense combo was more
of a threat to us than GT's, and we managed. also, considering the first
two games Watson ever played were in two of the most difficult fields in CFB (granted, we came away with losses, but still)...he has shown out, period. if there is any "rust", it won't be enough to effect the game. more so just for
him to get back into his rhythm.

Idk why everyone is so worried about GT..... Wake's D was ranked 40th overall..... GT defense is ranked 78th or 79th overall..... In other words the offense should be more than capable to put more points up on the board than them.... Who do you think gets more shots at offense on the field? As bad as GT is on D I highly doubt they will. Stats don't lie. And with DW coming back it might just be a TD party.

Is GT offense good? Yes very good. But the thing is, how many times will they get to run offense on the field with their horrible D? And we have a team with the #1 Defense in the Nation. To put it into perspective, if a team with worse D than us can beat them.... How should GT beat the #1 Defense? If we don't go into the game thinking it's going to be a cake walk I say we win.

Thank you. Am I concerned. Yes we need to play well. BUT to freak out because GTech ran all over the 73rd ranked rush defense in the country is laughable. Also their d is not as good as what we have faced. They are obviously one deminsional. Our corners will lock up and the run will be shut down. I honestly think we should win this one with Stoudt as well. But dang I am really ready to see DW back in action. Kid is fun to watch.

I hope we are the underdog in this one, may be we will play inspired. We will need our A game to win this one. They will not score at will on our D like they have on other teams.

lightly, given our history in Atlanta. The media and gamblers won't.
I will say this to those attending: over the years going back to my days at Clemson, the GT trip has been a favorite...one that requires a visit to the Varsity. I've always found the Tech crowd to be one of the better with which to associate.
