Will DJ play in the NFL

I've never seen this discussed somehow.
Let's say DJ balls out this year and we win the Division and he is the top QB in the ACC.
Does DJ have what to takes to play QB in the league?

Does not matter where Clemson finishes DJ will play in the league.
He has somethings that can’t be coached!

DJ will be drafted, or he will sign a free agent deal!!! Someone will take the chance on getting DJ's mechanics straighten out enough to play as an NFL QB, even if it's only as backup for a few years, with the hopes he will become a starter after that bc, DJ is the ideal proto type NFL QB, and there is a QB coach on one of those teams needing a QB that has the tools that DJ has, and they will believe they can fix him after working with him a couple of seasons.
DJ will be worth the risk bc they will be getting him in the late rounds, or as a free agent at a Bargain basement price. DJ Uiagalelei will go to the NFL, bank on it!!!

I think so after a bit. They wouldnt have anybdesigned runs for him in the NFL, which will help.

I don’t think so. I think KB2 was a better QB than DJ and he didn’t make it. JMO.

Even Charlie had a slump early on. He needs to speed up though. He holds the ball too long.

Feel like he is a Logan Thomas type. He has a fairly long NFL career as a TE after being a QB at VT.

To date, DJ has better overall stats than Logan Thomas (though 2021 was behind L.T.) and not as good as EJ Manuel. I can see DJ getting drafted as an NFL project in 3rd to 5th round if he maintains 2022 improvement trajectory. And Logan Thomas has been solid as an NFL tight end.

It's hard to imagine DJ improving to the point where he'll be a 1 or 2 round pick QB.
But he'll look great in the combine, and will probably be a 3rd round pick if he stays healthy all year.
Fabulous arm.
Stature is prototype NFL QB.
His situational awareness is improving, and his field of vision is also improving.
He's also more deceptive in that he doesn't always stare down the primary / first option receiver.
NFL coaches all believe that they, because they are NFL coaches, develop QBs in ways that college coaches could not imagine doing.
All in all, DJ is nearly a sure thing to make a NFL team unless he gets hurt bad this year.

If DJ continues to improve, he's getting drafted as a project at worst.
If he starts to light it up stat wise (which may not be too farfetched as if the WRs start pulling in those drops his stats are going to look decent) and is able to process things a little faster as the season goes on, he could even sneak into the 1st or 2nd round.
NFL loves them some size and rocket arms -- that stuff you can't coach up. No, it won't make sense now but I've seen the NFL plenty of times buy the potential vs the production come draft time.
