Even if we want to argue the actual mugger doesn't vote it's beyond dispute that the people who voted to immediately let him of jail due to cashless bail legislation and then eventually drop all charges against him because to prosecute criminals would have a disparate impact on certain "groups" are all voting 100% democrat.
