The media never left facts get in the way of their narrative. If they can convince themselves our president is a Russian spy they can certainly convince themselves we suck and should be left out of the playoffs.

The media has determined the “fairytale” that will capture the most eyeballs and therefore the most money. Any reality that does not contribute to that “fairytale” is summarily ignored.
