reason, at Clemson, we decided Men's Basketball was the "last" designee. And that is sad, because, up until the Brad Brownell era, the fans had shown in the past that when the program put a good product out on the floor, the support would be there. Nowadays, given how many times we have been through the rinse and repeat of mediocrity and post season failure, on those few occasions we MAKE meaningful post season, the fanbase has gotten numbed out.

Certainly not when there's an epic faceplant on the home court in the first round as the #1 seed in the whole thing when it was your best chance to prove that the NCAAT committee made a mistake in leaving you out of their tournament.
