Notre Dame vs Big 12 vs SEC

If our options were 1) join the sec as part of a 16 team conference. 2) Get Notre Dame and another school to renegotiate our contract to equal other conferences. 3) Join the expanded Texas conference and have road games in Aimes Iowa, or Waco Texas.

I'd choose 1>2>3.

cartel kind of ca$h to any conference - they are worth ditching equal revenue sharing. IF Notre Dame were to demand the ACC restructure revenue distribution, we'd be in the catbird seat. Wake, Duke, and BC would have to take it lying down (or whatever position we told them). Pitt and Syracuse would need to take a cut in percentage too until they proved themselves. Clemson and FSU would make out like bandits in an ACC with Notre Dame. Highly unlikely it will be happen, but well worth the trouble if it did.

Notre Dame is consistently the most overrated football program in the nation. And they think they deserve anything they want, which is why they are still independent. How they automatically can get into bowl games blows my mind.
