Gainey has been an idiot long before he arrived at USCjr. If you go back to his days in Hartsville, he did the same. He's just an idiot.

Culture comes from the top down.

In all aspects of life, your office, your schools, your house, the little league field, the leadership and culture put in place shapes the folks that live in it.

Coaches, bosses, parents, politicians. It matters more than most folks give it credit for.
