that our soccer team, with 3 losses and 5 ties, not only made the playoffs, but is also playing for a national championship?

True, but their women's team won another Natty. The CFP setup was always flawed with four slots and five major conferences.

I agree bc there was that one time they really tried talking their way out of letting Clemson in with the one loss, but their best SEC team in Bama also had a loss and their other SEC teams had 2 plus losses, so they had no other choice but to put Clemson in with just one loss early mid season....

The 4 team playoff was setup because there were 3 teams from major conferences one year that finished the regular season undefeated and it wasn't fair that one team had to be left out from competing on the field for the title under the old system. There will never be 5 undefeated teams from major conferences, so 4 is the max number needed in the rare case where 3 teams finish the season undefeated, unless idiots are put in charge of picking the 4 teams who earned the right to compete based on their full body of work.

We just keep being at the top in men’s Football period.

Imagine if our offense had a decent team with the defense we had this season.

Another Natty, if it would had been Clemson with our history we would have made the playoffs because we have long proved we belong.

OK, I will tell them.

I’ll tell them that their football team was overrated since the summer and that Georgia is about to open a can of whoop #### on them.

I’ll also tell them that the committee made the right decision.

I will also tell them that their staff and administration would be smart to stop whining.
