Playcalling by a country mile. Good playcallers get their guys into space. Our system is so old, without any updates, that opponents know where to be for our formations. Hard to get separation when the defense knows what’s coming on nearly every down.

we have a junior level coach still figuring out his style and using a top tier talented team to do it.

It is a tough call... part of me wants to rank it this way >
1. WR coaching
QB play may get better if WRs are playing better
Offensive playcalling may look better if WR plays better.
Just imagine for a second the ripple effect of bad WR play.
QB looks lost.. playcalling looks bad.
Sound familiar?
Now I dont know even close to enough about football coaching to say "this is it"
It is just a thought I had.

A large difference. Not sure if Cade is better, but we should give him a legitimate chance. Offensive assistants should get a hard look this off-season.

Execution, 3 of the first 4 plays, 80 missed a block and was called for holding twice. It did not get any better for the team the rest of the game. Several times DJ missed the check down that would have netted positive yards and in one case a first down. We never got any real momentum going on offense.

To be honest there isn’t much on this team to be proud of. Maybe Shipley and that’s about it.

Dabo. I love the man, but he is a CEO and not an X and I coach. He is trying to be the latter. He needs to almost clean house and bring in top coaching talent. He needs to recruit, recruit, give the refs Hell and recruit some more.
