Then we could afford to give full scholarships for baseball!

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

What they need to do is get football scholarships out of the equation

It was insane when The courts ruled in favor of women in that regard, because there is no female equivalent to football and football pays for everything else. No football you don’t have women’s sports. This is just feminist being vindictive against men and boys. And football is actually listed as a coed sport and women are permitted to play if they are good enough to make the team. So it’s absolute BS! The only option is eliminating men’s teams while adding a bunch of women’s teams and that’s a joke and harmful to the people the left and the NCAA say they care about.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

What’s most ridiculous is baseball gets 11.***

military_donation.jpg flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

I hope you meant only get 11

Feb 11, 2023, 3:26 PM

Because men’s baseball should get a lot more. College baseball is Lillywhite because of the NCAA rules and regulations, especially regarding scholarships. It gives private schools like Vanderbilt with a lot of money a big advantage.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

That’s exactly what I meant.***

What is even more asinine is having a male compete in a women’s sport.

No argument here but of course I’m sure you know

You will get attacked by the handful of brainwashed or even scarier true believers on this forum. There are some truly brain dead progressives on this board.

I don’t worry about it. Found out a long time ago you can’t fix stupid.

If anyone thinks things in society and with our current government are going well then there’s basically little hope for them in the mental department.

Hey brother, I agree 100%.

I’m sure you see the sane, rational, objective, factually and historically based things I post that makes people lose their minds. Sadly, if you or I attacked people the way the progressives attack us we would be banned. Actually, I have been banned repeatedly for posting things that are accurate, but it triggers the brainwashed propaganda, spewing crowd so I’m the one that gets banned instead of the ones with the bad behavior.

So I don’t worry about it either. Actually, it shows you how thin skinned progressives are because most of the time I do it just to see them get bent and see how quickly it brings out the usual suspects. Everything I post is accurate and supported by data history, reality, science, etc., But it triggers them so easily because they know it’s accurate. It’s like stereotypes. The more accurate a stereotype is the more people get bent about it. Joe Rogan this week is a perfect example.

I love stupid people like you that insult people rather than trying to prove them wrong because you’re a ####### and don’t know the facts.

You clearly have no history or understanding of title IX, and how football scholarship’s ended up being included in the number despite multiple court battles with people trying to get stupid crazy people on the left pushing an agenda to understand there is no equivalent sport to football for women and it’s football that pays for everything and when you include all of those scholarships you’re hurting men you’re not helping women you’re hurting men. And it causes schools to have to get rid of men’s programs and most of those scholarships go to minorities and people from poor families. The left always ends up hurting the people They say they care about the most. Because they don’t care about those people they #### on them and step on them for power.

Go read a little bit of history and learn and understand how we got to where we are with Title IX. Like all stuff that comes from progressive courts and progressive politicians, it started out as something that was a good thing, but then it morphed and blossomed and grew into something that has a #### ton of unintended consequences and has been abused by the left and now it’s so far from white as originally intended it’s not even recognizable, but they love it because it’s all about political power and money. It’s all about pushing on agenda. And it hurts the people they say they care about the most.

and so does radical Race-Baiter & world class bi+ch Dawn Staley who loves raking in close to 4 million a year as HC for a program that lives in the red and that was before she got the huge raise—

They need to mandate that the women's sports get equal fan attendance, seats that don't sell would covered by the US taxpayer(also pro rate football attendance & divy up). Equally as important is the urgent need for the creation of a 3rd Collegiate Sports Gender Division for the chronically mentally ill LBGT community–

Pretty sure we discontinued men’s basketball decades ago.

Well, that really would not save that many scholarships. We made a nice cut with the men's track and field and of course wrestling was killed long ago. We need to drop the men's ice hockey gig and beef up scholarships for the Women's Field Hockey Team which is not giving the maximum amount. That would bring us closer to the court ruling.
Really the easiest way to fix the whole issue is to separate the football program from the university. Let it become part of a professional league. We could still be the Clemson Tigers but would not have to follow all the arcane rules. All minor sports would then have to rely on donations designated for those sports. Most would dry up and become club teams and boosters could put their money toward Tiger Football. That's how it's done at private schools - they have club teams. We would have the same but could put the boosters resources back to football since they are not watching crew. The current system is not sustainable for the long term since NIL money will play a larger role. Whole thing needs to be torn down and rebuilt before we end up with a women's tiddlywinks team financed by IPTAY.

Men’s track was reinstated because of the outrage.

Feb 19, 2023, 3:30 PM

Clemson has a long, proud tradition of track and people went ballistic and it was reinstated.

I think the original post by kbtiger was just a joke. However, I may wrong and have not been keeping up.

I think the only woman sport I have watch is a UFC fight.

Those girls are tough.

College MMA. That would be fun.
