What Offensive Coaching Staff Changes Would You Make?

The 2 that stick out the most to me right now is Thomas Austin and Tyler Grisham, even with talent and 4*-5* caliber players, the progress of getting the most of what we have is just not there. It's been a steady decline in both those areas over the last few years. It's to early to pull the plug on Riley this soon until we get things fixed, but the O-Line and WR group is the main reasons the offense has gone backwards each year. They're def not being coached up how they should be. Dabo has to know it, but it's never going to be something he just comes out and says what the problems are.

Didn't Dabo make the last set of hires, resulting in our current status?
"IM thinking he knows more than a goober in Tigernet" says a goober on Tnet.

Nobody on here is making a hire lol, it's a football message board to discuss our opinions. Why is that hard to understand? And why even bother being on here at all.

If the team finishes 7-5, Dabo will have to clean house

Looks like lots of people forgot about the caps lock over the weekend, so angry for a Monday! Also Austin/Grisham out the door, today if possible

That's not to say that some of them couldn't grow into that, but our offensive position coaches all had little to no collegiate head coaching experience when Dabo hired them.
I don't think it's prudent to get rid of all of them at this point, as it would have a negative effect on team chemistry and recruiting.

it's safe to assume they can't grow into it. You can't teach talent.

College athletics are amateur and this is when talent outshines work ethic right now, the coaches are all work ethic and no management talent.
you can see it in their faces. none of these men would be running a company in the business world

Grisham and Austin definitely and as much as I love him as a Player and person I would add Spiller. He may one day be a grwat coach but he needs some experience first.
