What if?

Oct 26, 2015, 4:43 PM

What if UNC defeats SC the first week of the season, Pittsburgh beats Iowa in a very winnable game and Duke was to have defeated Northwestern, and of course FSU defeats Tech. The ACC would/could be sitting here today with 5 undefeated teams. People always talk about the media not giving this conference the credit they deserve, when the fact is the teams in this conference do it to their selves. Clemson is head and shoulders above every other team in this conference right now and that's great, but to get the kind of respect we want from a conference standpoint the other teams need to step it up.

Brad Brownell: Only Larry freaking Shyatt has a WORSE overall winning percentage among Clemson basketball coaches since 1975. Let that sink in. It's Larry Shyatt & then Brad Brownell.

Duke has earned it the last three seasons and still gets no credit. Even with Pitt and UNC winning 1 loss would drop them right back down. The SEC is the only conference that gets the benefit of the doubt even when they lose.
