What has happened to the Jackets

I am old enough to remember having to play GTech every year in Atl so they would play us. I hated GTech almost as much as our Big Thursday opponents.
Now GTech is becoming a second tier ACC team with only the 10th best recruiting class in the conference. What's going on there?

A very steady and undeniable decline.

If you're a stud WR why would you go to GT? If you're a QB you're not going to touch them with a 10-foot pole. They have to recruit small O-linemen because of the option. Why would you want to go to GT if you're a stud recruit?

PJ will not survive a couple of 4 or 5 win seasons and they're coming.

The sad thing is that everyone can see this coming, and they're not going to do anything about it until they hit rock bottom. Gotta feel for Tech fans and be thankful to not be in their shoes.

They need to fire Paul Johnson. With the hotbed that Atlanta has become for football talent, GT have a good team. They're fading fast and it's hard to believe they played in a BCS game a few years ago.
