I would replace Spiller, Austin, and Grisham and leave Goodwin alone now that he has two years exp probably. Would more than likely replace Richardson first from these but that wasn’t the question.
-OL Sam Pittman like was already said if he is let go or
-Herb Hand UCF, was at Texas and worked at Vandy with Caldwell
-OL Chris Kapilovic Michigan State (will
Be transition there and he is one of the top 5 highest paid OL coaches)
-WR Malcom Kelly TCU, give that man someone to work with he knows for his offense
-Jeff Scott Recrurmg coordinator RB coach (he can do it)
If you could land Pittman, Jeff Scott and Malcom Kelly if would flip this coaching staff around fast!

And not a top 5 college program assistant. Neither is Konn or Hall but those are Dabo’s boys from Bama you know he is not replacing them. The TE room has been pretty garbage for the last couple of years and he spent what 5 or 6 years on staff in an off the field role before become a coach? This program deserves better. You think Saban ever hired people like this in these roles as coaches?

You could replace Passing Game Coordinator with a manikin if you could teach it how to do horrible interviews, speak like he is talking to 6th graders, and be an incorrigible wise aspirin. That oughta work!
