It seems all the rumors were true. And all the speculation about his apparent lack of commitment by visiting all these other places was also true.
I hope some of you can now see why Dabo doesn't care for all these additional visits by a committed recruit. It. Is like talking out of both sides of your mouth.
I am sure RN is a fine player and a good kid bit he us also very young. And young people have to learn some lessons in life the hard way. Maybe he was a good fit at Clemson or maybe he wasn't, but letting other people decide for you is never good. Either way, there are other fine players to choose from out there that we can now focus our attention to. I'd rather have a four star who is committed than a five star who isn't. Besides, one player doesn't make or break a team. There is a chance he plays at ole miss or somewhere n never even sees a pro field . Being a number one recruit doesn't guarantee success.
I am one of those who believe his decommittment will be a positive in some ways. And I think RN will regret his letting others dictate his choices.
The class we have coming In is a good one. And within it are some really great players. Those , as a group, will decide our future and we are lucky to have each one of them.
Maybe if Dabo would have taken the stand he takes with most (not 5 star) recruits this whole thing wouldn't haven gotten so out of hand? Now you have all this negative spotlight the week of a game. I'm sure the players won't be distracted or care about but the fans sure are.
