Climbing Mount Hood (Oregon) - Clemson Paw!

In May, my friends and I climbed Mount Hood in Oregon. My climbing helmet has two Clemson stickers on it, one is an orange paw.
When we were at the crux of the climb, a group of people down climbing passed us. One saw my paw and said “we are Clemson grads!”
I love our school, the paw truly is everywhere!

A few months after you reached the top of Oregon, my daughter and I reached the top of Colorado. (No ice axe or crampons needed there...) We found a Clemson grad on the way up and chatted for a while.
My wife and I tried Mt. Hood in 2003 but got snowed off; we were so early in the year (mid-March) and that was a big gamble that didn't pay off. I'd love to try it again one day. So glad you had a great experience there!
