Was about to say, I know a rousing game of gay chicken when I see one. There’s nothing gay about competing with your bros to see who’s comfortable enough with their heterosexuality to kiss the other on the mouth.

known as "Southern belles." Everybody's high school had hotties, no doubt. Except maybe McBee, but they probably had their own standards. Anyways. I digress. We had hotties back home, but it seemed every high school's hotties sent the best of the best to Clemson. You could do the helicopter and clip a dozen of them on the nose. But Lauren stuck out, but probably because my buddy was like, "Yo that's Tommy's daughter" and so there was a certain "untouchable" label to her.
As luck would have it, we got placed in a breakout group together. Then it happened. I got this funny feeling, like butterflies in my tummy that slowly started to move south, and then the "urge" started. It was like my brain/heart/body knew I had to act. This was my chance. This was it.
So after whatever it was we had to do in the group was over, we had some extra time to socialize. She was across the room talking to some girls, and I stood up, got all the courage I could muster, walked right over to her and said, "Don't you lay down on that bed, Lauren Bowden. Nothing good will come from it." Then I walked away.
