now of Miami, was just granted a NINTH season of college football.

There could theoretically be guys he graduated high school with that retire from the NFL before he actually leaves college. I mean, I get liking the college experience and all, but C'MON, MAN!

Wanna bet he's like Stetson Bennett the 14th and still working on that elusive undergraduate degree after all of those years....

Got to be, because if he already had a degree, he would have already worked

through a Masters and a PHD by now. He must be like a guy that was at Clemson way back when I was there who evidently wanted to be a professional college student drunk. He would change majors just before he accumulated enough credits to graduate in any one thing, so he could keep going. Mom and Dad must have been rich AND wanted to keep him away from home.

:(

He already has a bachelor's degree in journalism and a master's degree in advertising and brand responsibility.

Years are irrelevant. What matters is how many seasons they play more than 4

games and 2020 does not count. Not counting 2020 he's only played 3 seasons of more than 4 games. So he gets the waiver. Not sure why everyone is up in arms about this.

I'm not worked up about it. Although, you've got to admit that it gets a little silly in some cases. These used to be outlier situations, but now they are the norm. It does matter when you are a 24-25 year old playing against 18-19 year olds from a physical standpoint. Imagine if Trevor was our starting QB next year. He's be 24 to start the season. Even better, Dexter Lawrence starting next year at 26.

I don't know why there's a limit. So long as they are a student, why not let
