But what comes out of the kitchen isn't always the same thing. I think they just throw some cheese, meet, and/or some chicken in a flour tortilla, heat it up until the plate is about 400 degrees, and bring out to my table.
I guess they figure that stupid gringos won't know any different, and they aren't wrong about that.
