Watching today's scrimmage film, I want to go on record ...

watching the scrimmage film from today I want to go on record with a few things.
with a few observations.
1. Bryant will be last year's Sammy.
2. Zac Brooks, though I don't want to give up on the kid, might have a hard time this year.
3. Slecensegner, white boy, or whatever the heck that guys name is (jk) will be good. I remember loving his camp film at Clemson. He's a tall fast kid with great hands.
4. Boyd will throw picks but the guy looks great thinner. I hope he keeps his weight off. I think he'll go great this year.
5. One last thing....Kelly, though it pains me to say it, has swag. Kid's legit.

Boyd threw far to many picks in the last couple of scrimmages, either he is not getting protection, or he is not getting protection. Or possibly he is not getting protection.

Or maybe it's a situational scrimmage... You know, the kind where they might run the same play 4 times in a row.
Some of you guys get too caught up in scrimmages. The coaches are grading technique, effort, fundamentals, and the players grasp of their position. Stats are just for fans to talk about.

More than likely the SID is involved. Just don't remember stats being a big part of practice.

talking about. Just because you have to get rid of the ball quickly doesn't mean you have to throw it to the defense.
Now, before anyone dumps on me for criticizing our QB it's likely our defense knows our offense as well as our offense does.

All I see is brooks running folks over so I dunno why you think he wont have a decent year, He cant help if he gets hit by 3 guys at once lol

I am in no way a trained coach so I could be completely off here but having said that...he seems to be really running to upright and not popping through. Like I said, just my untrained eye. I hope I am COMPLETELY wrong!!!!!

if practice was not off limit you wouldnt have this problem, but since they all have been why not report whatever stats you want? make them all very positive and be done with it. let allbarn think we are running the wishbone and completing every single pass. but if you truly want to hide things from the media and the press, i mean really GIVE them some serious bs to think about. i just cant figure some things out. why do we PARK on driveways and DRIVE on parkways?
