Watching Stanford vs Arizona state

And Arizona state has really diverse play calling. They are doing interesting things that’s making plays available. Wonder what that feels like

I think I’ll take our coaching staff over a mediocre P12 staff. We’ll see if we can get better QB play going forward.

Well, I'll take our staff over any D1 staff hands down.

But to call AZ st staff mediocre is just wrong. Herms one of the best coaches in college and Dabo considers him a mentor. In fact, it's one of the staffs we visited for ideas.

I wish them well and would like to see them win the p12.

I would not take Tony or Caldwell. Sorry, both have proven to be subpar. And no this is not just this year with the line or Tony’s playcalling and offense. It shows when in many years we can out talent the ACC, but when matched against the elite the offense is woeful and cannot hold its on.

His scheme does not scheme receivers open or confuse defenses at all. There is no imagination in it. Also the tight end group looks worse than when Pearman was coaching them.

I definitely want Tony to succeed but he must adapt this offense and get more creative and varied with play calling. If that means taking control from the QB, so be it.

I haven't given up on TE yet. I don't think that he has done well this year, but just because someone is slow to change doesn't mean that they will not when they have to. The jury is in for Robbie Caldwell, however. He needs to be put out to pasture.

We won't know that until Dabo decides to make some hard decisions with his personal choices on what will it take to get our offense going regardless of what style QB they put behind center. No two QB's are exactly the same, and the OC must be able to make the correct changes to fit every QB's personality, and if not, regardless of the style of offense, it won't work unless it is tweaked to fit every individual QB personality!!!
