Just read an update that he is now moving all extremities this morning. He will remain in the hospital, but it sounded encouraging. It was definitely a vicious hit. As soon as I saw it, I said that is targeting. I can’t believe that was never brought up. The article called it a hard hit to the helmet. Just glad that things are improving. ,

Thats what happens when a RB lowers his helmet like a battering ram and the defensive player does the same. The RB is not considered a defenseless player when he is running with the ball, but he also is never charged with targeting for lowering his helmet and initiating contact to the head or neck area of a defender! Some of the rules just make no sense!
