Can he win in the NFL?
I believe he can. I don't mean every game or even a Super Bowl, but I believe he can achieve more than most there.

I don’t trust in Urban. He won a lot in college with a LOT more talent than other schools. NFL he won’t have that advantage. Jax has some key players (qb and rb) but overall not a great team. And personally, I think he’ll be bad for Trevor’s development.

In my view, it's possible with good coordinators, position coaches and capable GM. I'm not expecting it, but hope so for Trevor's sake.

He can but won’t win many this year. This is a bad team. He’s got to do his best to try and go get some players the next couple years and for now try to do more with less. I hope for their sake that ETN turns out to be an all purpose weapon because they need play makers. Not seeing ETN in with starters right now makes me think he must still be trying to catch on to NFL.
