No one spending more than Georgia. Georgia struggled due to their well known culture until buying players became legal. After that they went to the top.

I think Clemson is a victim of Dabo’s outspokenness against it. I think he wants in now, but it’s too easy for others to recite his position of going to the ‘locker room’ for replacements.
