Unbelievable Ranking System

I know I mentioned earlier this week that I had said all I was going to say about it, but I just took a look at NET Rankings this morning.

NC State still ahead of Clemson although Clemson has handed them 30% of their total losses (3 of 10)

Between the rankings #30 (Indiana) and #51 (Clemson), there are only 3 teams that have a winning record against all 4 Quads. Those are Indiana, Miami and Clemson.

Oral Roberts #37 and Liberty #43 are a combined 0 - 7 against Quad 1 but they do have 19 and 16 Quad 4 wins respectively.

Totally ridiculous in my book.

agreed, and if we were playing NC St tomorrow they would still be favored to win.

Shhh...don't confuse these folks with facts.

Clemson basketball sucks because we lost to 4 crappy teams, but NCST is awesome because they lost to a very good Clemson team 3 times.

Kansas is also Kansas. Kinda like the argument that a 2 loss Bama football program should be in ahead of TCU or Michigan this past year.
