ND has a super stud DT that whacked W.Putnam on nearly every snap.
I need to rewatch the ND game to get better clarity, but to my general recollection CK2 did not get a lot of pressure from within the interior of the OL.
Furthermore, Mafah was able to run so effectively between the tackles meant that he had good holes to hit (I.e., Mafah did not have to fend off the blast from a DT; his broken tackles were against LBs and DBs). If the Center does not play well, then those ‘between the tackles’ holes are not created very often.
Looking forward to watching the replay.

High snap was probably an overcorrection after being told about the low one. That and he was focused on whacking that DT.
It is much easier for a center to fire off low and run block with the qb under center harder out of the gun

Well, since you brung it up in front of God and everbody: In the overall scheme of the program, this game doesn't shine a favorable light on the OL coach if you look below the surface–

I was proud of our offense for the most part of three quarters.
The story reads our offense scored 31 points. Actually, the offense scored 25 points. The Tiger defense scored 6.
Congratulations Will, that's a big time award.
