Both late take WR in consecutive recruiting classes have been game changers for us.

Meanwhile, some of our first options on the recruiting board have underperformed

Because we’re recruiting for that jump ball back shoulder fade guy, not pure route runners. We were spoiled with DW and TL and recruiting needs to change philosophy. I think Riley will help in that area and I hope Jeff Scott will head back out on the road.

We can’t just rely on the jump ball anymore with “normal” better than average QB. We have to get route runners and teach route running. It starts with WR coach.
