Brad Brownell and his staff are hosting two targets today and part of tomorrow. Austin Swartz is a 4-star SG out of Concord, NC, who is a fast-riser. The other is Dallas Thomas, a 6-7 PF out of Little Rock, AR. Hopefully can have some good news after the visits

Any of you folks who are getting indignant want to guess what percent of Brownell’s recruited players complete their college career at Clemson and how that compares to his peers in the ACC?

I think Dallas Thomas would end up as the best player Brownell has had. He will continue to rise in his recruiting ratings, and I love his frame at 6’7 170.

2 4* top 70 recruits visiting the same weekend! Hopefully they bond together and with the team. It would be huge to sign them both.
We've been on Swartz for a while now and i feel good about him. He is rated the number 43 recruit in the country per 247.
The updated facilities hs really helped this us attract higher rated talent to campus. Lets hope they can close!

Would be surprised if we land both of these guys. The brownell will be fired negative recruiting is probably used at all other schools that know we have any momentum with recruits.

I was reading up a bit on austin swartz.
As i mentioned, we have been on him for a while. He has received offers from 5 big time programs in the last month including Miami, uconn, indiana, pitt, and penn state. David hood wasn't kidding when he said swartz is a fast riser. He is rated the 43rd best player in the nation according to 247. He would be the highest rated recruit we have signed since good ole milton jennings.
He's from concord, so geographically we are one of the closest schools in contention. On3 sports has us as the leader to get him. Who knows how reliable that is. Come on staff! This would be a huge pick up!

Love to see both or either of these guys as Clemson Tigers! Ride the wave Brad.
Brad does his best work when the heat is on to be great, hopefully we can turn the page on being a tournament team every season.
