Good morning ya'll and welcome to yet ANOTHER edition of Trailer Tradin Friday!

Today we poll all the listeners....what is the most likely reason FBCoachSC®'s trailer deal falls through? We go A-Z on the options so please read carefully and make your selection!

A. This is all a ruse and he never had an offer in the first place
B. He "fires" the realtor he never hired
C. After getting an "offer" for $42k, the trailer only appraises for $19k
D. Eez nuts
E. The inspector returns with $1700 in repairs and FBCoach can't afford those
F. The MIL home is alligator armed from him, so the trailer has to come off the market
G. His wife leaves him permanently for the State Trooper
H. In an offseason move, he's offered a PE teaching job AND head coach at a 2A school, which is a YUGE increase in pay and relocation to another BFE town is imminent.
I. The guy that called him fat last night kills him while he is grilling brown n serve pork chops on the pallet deck
J. FBCoach gets diabetus and medical bills make moving impossible
K. He dies of electrocution trying to DIY his electrical issues
L. He gets sent to jail for one of the biggest waste water crimes ever committed in Clarendon County

O. It turns out FBCoach's trailer is being foreclosed on and he can't pay his way out of it. This happened to be reason #1 he didn't hire a realtor, thinking the issue would "just go away".

U. The MIL begins banging FBCoach while his wife is with the Trooper and demands him to be with her full time. The wife files for divorce, and all end up homeless.
V. Ranch Dressing
W. He is shocked when he discovers the buyer is NOT paying the real estate commission. The realtor puts him in a rear naked choke hold and nearly kills him over it.
X. After yet another 2-12 season, he's demoted to middle school volleyball coach and the sweet sweet stipend for that job simply isn't suited for a big 'ol 1200 sq ft brick house
