Disappointing season. Need to continue to recruit a little better. Good thing is Coach Butler is in year 6, so she’s got at least 8 more years to turn it around.

Actually watching this (yeah, I know, but I'm retired). My breakdown as a couch coach is...we're just not very good. Looks like 2 of the starters are good (Robinson amd Whitehorn). Since Jim Davis was fired around 20 years ago, the Lady Tigers have had 2 winning seasons. Both of those are under Butler. She's been the best hire since Davis, at any rate, as most of the head coaches since him have been horrible choices.

Most dominant women’s teams I’ve seen over the years have these three positions:
1) elite point guard
2) elite wing
3) elite post player
We only have one which is Whitehorn.
