to be at least 7-1. Why has Dabo's management of the defensive staff been far superior to his management of the offensive staff?

Better coaching and top talent on the defensive side. Look at the quality of our oline and receivers.

This is failure in talent evaluation during the recruitment process. This is not on Riley. He is responsible for trying to coordinate a playoff level offense and his offensive assistants are all offensive analysts at best. This man is screwed right now. He is paid well, so he will stay a while, but if he leaves it will be because Dabo will not let him build his own staff. Riley usbt the type if guy to allow someone to ruin him Dabo should act with caution. Riley will go public of tbd true reasons if he leaves.

Our D is fine. BV’s teams had lots of busts too. I’m concerned about 24 and 25 defense. Re oline dabo has never given a sheit about oline recruiting.

We’ve been bringing in 4 and 5 star talent on the Oline for 10 years. It’s been poor coaching in Caldwell and Austin

Our defense is very good. It’s absolutely 100% good enough to win a conference championship and probably a playoff game. But our offense really sucks at scoring and making any clutch plays.

And he clearly imparted a lot of knowledge to Wes. While Wes is definitely a step down, like you said, he's got his unit playing good enough to win. This has been an ongoing theme for years now. Defense earning their money, offense completely inept.
