12 weeks since I had open heart surgery to replace my aortic valve and ascending aorta. It's amazing what modern medicine and the human body can do. I just wrapped up a 5+ mile walk/run (they still want me to stay under 150 bpm so I have to run in intervals). 12 weeks after such a big thing, and I feel almost 100% normal, pretty insane.
