Our team will not be able to overcome the lack of talent & play makers at the WR position. They are this team’s achilles heel. No current WR on this team will play on Sundays. Won’t happen! Mark my words, when we play formidable defenses, they will simply load up and stop the run effectively shutting down our O. What is so unbelievable about this is CDS was a WR at bama. He’s got to see this. I said in the off season that the one questionable position group was the WRs. I believed the hype that this group had elevated their level of play. From what I saw Monday night, that is not the case. I believed this team would make a run. I don’t anymore. It’s going to be a long season. For those that crucified CDS for 11 wins last year, I hate to see what you’ll say when this season is over.

BTW, what’s Jeff Scott doing now?

My biggest disappointment, other than losing, was watching our offense look exactly like it did last year. Other than a few formation changes, I could not see the Riley influence AT ALL...
