Pollack said FSU's better than CU @ every position except QB

Huh? Then he started to breakdown the positions and said that maybe FSU and Clem were a "push" at WR. Huh? FSU's WR core isn't even close to ours. I'd also argue that we are definitively better at DT and TE. Usually, Pollack is pretty accurate, but I can go with him on this one.

FSU better at RB, CB, S, KR. We are better at QB, WR, OL. Rest is too close to call.

I can accept that Cook is a better RB than any of ours

But are the Noles better at the position from top to bottom? I'm to lazy to review their depth chart, but I really like what the Tigers have going at RB.
Choice seems like a real fighter, and both he and Gallman will make defenses tired. I can see Feasterville popping some long runs in the 4th quarter after the others have pounded against the defense all game.

Gallman is great, but Cook is the best in the nation.

Pump the breaks at LB... Lets get through the first 4 games and then make that call.
DE may suprise some folks too, but they do have a couple of good ones.

The only thing with bith teams is there is a lot of un proven... there is hellacious talent on both teams and alot of potential... but just alot of guys who havent played... so im predicting by the time we run into Florida State we will know who is stronger in the diff positions

FSU just has more talent, and should be the favorite at Doak, as they will beon paper.

Every position except QB? Dabo and the guys should just stay home for that one. Pollack knows better. He's just creating a little controversial conversation.

I think our OLs are pretty similar. They're better at RB, DE, LB, and DB.

They do have great WRs at their starting 3 I would take our 3 starters over theirs tho and we are much deeper. They are good at WR tho.

Which of their WR's is a matchup nightmare?
Aug 22, 2016, 2:47 PM

We have 2, with the others being good enough to kill you if you don't have superior personnel to match them up.
When I watch FSU's WR's, they look good but not great, and none stand out as "gotta stop that guy" kinda players.
