It does look like CBB is casting a spell. Whatever he's doing, it's worked so far this year. How quickly will the magic wear off?

Or how long will it last?

How about this?

Can we get the same committee that thinks he's done a top 20 job to go to bat for us with the NCAA selection committee? OR, can we get the NCAA selection committee who believes Clemson isn't one of the best 68 teams nationally to respectfully ask the Jim Phelan people to scrub Brownell before we get to the next round of voting for COTY?
We can't get rid of a coach of the year finalist, but keeping him means that we'll only see the NIT for the rest of his tenure.

I'm afraid this will cement him with us by way of an extension for many more years to come.

THAT was a very underhanded move by someone….

…who does NOT have Clemson‘a best interest at heart.
I’ve always said CBB was here until HE decided it was time to go.
I’ve never thought he needed any OUTSIDE interference to firm up his residency, but I guess it can’t hurt.

so he could win and not be ACC coach of the year. WHile that sounds odd remember the have been National Champions that did not win the ACCT or reg season. For him to have any chance the Tnet must provide a better picture than that.

Crazy he even made it. Charleston coach should win. Brad's that good, how come no one is knocking on his door. Clemson won games in spite of him, not because of him.

He was voted 3rd in a league that all the national moran pundits thought stunk. So nationally where are they gonna rank him?

My thoughts as well. Must have had a top 5 of legit contenders and then pulled the other 15 out of a hat.
