He’s just doing what winning coaches do, taking it one game at a time and not letting the teams guard down. This week, Clemson is on their kill list. We used to do that and somehow our team was already looking to the NCCG instead of handling Duke. That’s where we went sideways

Truer words were never spoken, Unfortunately , I see the Damers smoking them Ceeegars all the way back to the golden dome. The Tigers are going get another good ole' fashion butt whipping at home. The Cards just happened to catch the golden boys on a bad day for their one loss.

That is no joke. Dabo does always take the high road when it’s deserved. The start of every one of his post game interviews he will congratulate and say good things about the opponent. A few times he’s gone into the other team’s locker room and addressed their team. He is Class #1 and we should all feel fortunate he’s on our side!

As I live 30 minutes from ND Stadium (but I across border in Meechigan) - lots of ND fans. For the most part they are stating cautious and respectful optimism. For a positive Irish outcome. However, I think they are more confident than letting on mostly due to me not being a d1ck when we were dominating them.
Really I just wanted to share that we got a couple of inches of snow yesterday that stuck (this be very rare in my 10 years here) and that al the leaves are brown and the sky is gray.

Same coach speak we have grown accustomed to. Our guys should want to bite his head off and spit it out for patronizing us, not pat him on the back and hug him for being nice. If this team doesn't get mean and take it on the field pretty quick it may very well be a trashed rest of the season. This is one of the 4 teams I hate and hate losing to. ND, OSU, Jawja and the Coots. We have gotten soft when there's a love fest over a coach saying something nice about our team that he doesn't mean.

Yes, you have to agree he is a good and upcoming young coash - great recruiter. Of course he is laying it on thick about us but tips his hand and we all know - he will stack the box and try to stop the run - of course he will. Why would he not? The only question is whether we will make him pay - Ship in or not makes no difference other than having one to spell the other. Not like he is going to break off a 50 yarder but we have to be able to throw the ball and someone has to catch it! I'm fine with Mafah if we can just give him some space.
The defense can be fine and top nothch D BUT if you leave them out there long enough they will cave as we have seen to inferior teams 2 weeks in a row. It falls direclty in the lap of the offense! Call decent plays and do your jobs and we will be in game - that is all we can ask at this point.
