I don’t think NC State will score much on us. We will find some good opportunities on offense and score a few times for the relatively easy win.

I agree JK. Unless disaster strikes and we turn it over 5 times or something crazy, we win this one with ease. I'm thinking at least 34-6. Puppies are just plain bad on offense.
We'll have deep shots early and often. I know everyone will be shocked and have the tendency to write a narrative that we turned the corner on this game because state will make us look like world beaters.
If it's remotely close, then we may have bigger issues than we think.

You sure about that?! Many teams known for the deep ball haven’t had much success in plays of 20+ yards against the Wolfpack. You also have to figure in the turnover for touchdown that happens every ACC game. Clemson has failed to cover the spread more than not under Dabo. You bet your house. I’ll put my money on a team that covers often. I’m praying for a Clemson win; I’m expecting us to barely get bowl eligibility. Ga Tech & NC State being our best shots. Doesn’t change my love for the Tigers. Just means a lot of things get thrown since I’ve sold my parking pass and tickets.

CU fans hv said we wd stomp every team we played this season. I would love a breakout game -- but.... I wouldn't beat the ranch on our offense scoring more than 21.

How is NC State's Offense worse than Clemson's?

So we're playing against a defense that wreaks havoc and forces turnovers, but is weak in the red zone. Hmmm. Got it. Should be another interesting one.
But, hopefully not.

The Tigers offensive output on points (when you take away Charleston Southern and FIU) is 19 points per game, so if any game scoring predictions suggest anything over this is a big miss. Unless things change maybe it would be better to predict the Tiger turnovers. Not trying to be cruel but the reality is they can shoot themselves in the foot a lot.

I’ll be the most surprised guy on tnet if the Tigers win this game by more than three points!
But I’ll take that because I’m not sure this team is ready to play a D2 opponent!
Thanks heavens for the orangemen’t

Just can’t see a circumstance where this mule offense can beat anyone. But this might be our last best chance.

Should get the W in Textile Bowl - (it’s a bowl game so can we wear Orange pants - not going to get much of a chance this season otherwise) We should beat ga tech and S.C. - with probable losses to ND and UNC unless we show up in Red Zone and stop the turnovers. Which is a big IF - as this team has struggled in Red Zone since the end of last season. (Which says our OLine is consistently outmatched against good teams.) 7 wins. Gator Bowl year, IF we play better. IF that seems disappointing, how would it play in Columbia? There would be a statue to Lil’Scooter Beamer put up next to the Rocket and a parade down Bluff Road to the Alvin S Glenn Detention Center.
