Have to get better at situational hitting. 1st and 3rd with nobody out and not pushing a run across will haunt us starting next weekend. I was encouraged in the series last weekend by the at bats, smart at the plate and hit the ball on the nose a lot, just right to somebody every time.

That was so frustrating to watch! Ingle hit a couple of shots right at people. He had at least 3 at bats when he hit the ball, I thought were base hits!

yes, we've left 7 or so on base so far.

Couldn't agree more. Keep putting the ball and play and the hits will work themselves out. Not having the arms on the mound to prevent the other team from doing the same thing is an issue.

Very painful! Not watching game because I’m at work. But a couple of times we have had runners on 2nd and get a base hit but they don’t score. Had a guy on 2nd and he doesn’t score when we hit another double.
