Taking offers, asking $1200 for all six or $500 per pair. Don't tell me its overpriced, we can talk IPTAY dues- my net cost per seat is well over $100 per game even for SCSU.

I am not an attorney and no expert on the law. Having said that, it looks to me like both NC and SC have an internet exception to ticket scalping laws that make internet resales legal in both states with no cap on the price of the resale, provided certain conditions are met. Looks to me like Stub Hub and Craigslist sales at scalping prices are legal in both states.
AND, if the sales were not legal, it is pretty clear neither state is going to make a big deal out of trying to prosecute anyone for these sorts of sales.
AND, the scalping laws are pretty silly anyway. What possible concern should it be to the state if I want to sell my tickets for a high price to someone willing to pay me a high price for the ticket?

Not everything on the internet is true, but it's pretty easy to locate stuff like this that sounds reasonable......
"We would like to provide a clarification. Selling tickets over face value is not illegal in many parts of America as your article claims. In fact, law-makers in many states, including New York, Illinois, Florida, South Carolina and Louisiana, have actually rolled back anti-resale laws. They did this because they realized that opening the market increased competition meaning lower prices for consumers in the end. They also found that making resale legal was a good way to bring the market above ground where it could be more easily monitored and regulated."

Demand is high. Tickets are very much worth what people are willing to pay. Really beyond me how people can't quite understand the concept.

Obvious explanation. It is beyond me how someone can't quite understand we get what scalping is all about.

I don't know either. Stub hub does it. Guess there is no such thing as scalping anymore.

Tic holders paying off their package/IPTAY dues in one game

I don't agree with it but that's just me. I know the prices/dues have grown but it's like the gas situation: supply/demand. As much as I'd love to go, no way on God's green earth would I pay $1200 when it's on TV!!!

Are the nosebleeds really going to sell for ~$250/ticket? I would think this price will drop as we near game day.
