Any other Tigers having a problem?

Tickets from TickerMaster will not activate in Apple Wallet.

Called the ticket office they sent me a new link… still will not activate!

Called back, advised just use the download link that we sent… that will only work if i have internet access at the same time as 80,000 attendees hitting the wi-fi circuit. last game it would not work and they young lady just let me in.

IPTAY refuses to print the tickets! I now refuse to give anymore money to IPTAY as they cannot assure the tickets i paid for will provide stadium access!

Very frustrated as printing solves the problem until the glitch is fix…

I had a downloaded ticket disappear from my wallet before the FAU game...Same thing happened to my buddy's grandkids

Heck I like the printed tickets just to keep and would always pay the extra fee. But I haven’t had the download problems referenced above.

accepting a transfer. The transfer appeared in Ticket Master but wouldn't permit me to accept the transfer or download the tickets into my wallet. The ticket office finally had to e-mail me a link for the tickets.

Sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together.

It’s a ticket master issue. I had the same problem week one and going to the Braves game today and have exact same issue. Tickets are actually there but will not work in apple wallet

I had an issue and could not see the download button to wallet. Had to rotate my phone to landscape view to see the download wallet button. Horrible app design
