Kinda wild. I would have been dang near ocean front in my Savannah house.

Charlestown, expectedly, looks rough by then. Big metro NY and others also...

and I'm not in the red zone in 2050 according to that.

In addition, I look at my neighbors house 70' away across the street (who says he isn't in a flood zone) and my driveway is about 3'-4' higher than his.

On Shem Creek it doesn't show Red's or Saltwater Cowboys as being "below flood level" in 2030.

On a king tide half of Saltwater Cowboy is under water now.

That map is a little decieving, most of those areas are

already in a floodplain. It's not like they will be underwater, just more prone to flooding. At least that is my takeaway in 2 minutes of looking at the map.
