Look at the rivalries in the SEC:
Alabama - Auburn (internal to the SEC)
Auburn - Alabama (internal to the SEC)
Ole Miss - Miss State (internal to the SEC)
Miss State - Ole Miss (internal to the SEC)
Tennessee - Really no one outside the SEC?
LSU - Really no one outside the SEC?
Mizzou - ??? Kansas? Nebraska?
Arkansas - Probably some Big 12 team but are they really playing them regularly?
A&M - Definitely Texas, but Texas is thumbing it's nose at them right now.
Then it's:
South Carolina - Definitely Clemson
Florida - Definitely Florida State
Georgia - Definitely Georgia Tech
Kentucky - Definitely Louisville
Vandy - No one, I guess, but Wake is as good as any
We're a perfect rivalry for the SEC.
As to being the biggest threat, they can laugh all they want, but we have programs up and down the east coast that have been to the top. We have huge market potential. We could be huge. We aren't right now, but we could be.

people tend to forget that not long ago the ACC was the top dog and the SEC was average at best. that was back in the 80s and the Phillip Rivers days. I hated playing that sob
