Vic is going Top 5 for sure.
Mind boggling that you would smoke out in December when you know you have a combine in February. It's only the most important interview in your life... No worries. Smoke up.
Nebraska is really close to Colorado though...and they really shouldn't even test for it anymore as it's fact that it is completely harmless. I don't think the NBA even bans it.

Tons of college / pro athletes smoke reefer . It kills me to see a player get suspended for weed when its legal in 3 states and counting. They said earlier on ESPN that buddy either had something wrong with him or he's stupid. Why only those 2 options. Ppl are ignorant

I heard them and agree. It's not about the effects of marijuana, it's about the rule (FWIW, I'm 100% behind legalization).
He's going to have an opportunity to earn millions upon millions of dollars and one of the stipulations to maximize value is to not do this one thing in the 2-3 months leading up to it. It didn't have be marijuana - it could have been anything.
It's as simple as "don't do this one thing for 3 months, and you'll continue on the trajectory to success". The fact that he couldn't do that shows he lacks discipline, intelligence, or potentially has a problem.

It's more of an intelligence test than anything. Are you stupid enough to smoke during the window of time where you know it'll show up in the system? If so, it means you're more likely to make stupid decisions going forward.

I know for a fact tons players smoke pot religiously ... But when some 1 person out of 5,000 fails a DT, he gets exposed.
You think these other players are stopping smoking ? Ha
They're just not getting DT'ed. Called bein on the inside

One of the many reasons why I love our program

We don't just develop our players on the field, we develop the men off the field as well. Take Sammy for example. Most other schools would have swept his off season charges into a corner and made them disappear, but we used it as a teachable moment and held him accountable even when the league wasn't going to.
According to the article, (I didn't research further)Nebraska had two failed test and said the third would have consequences! I would assume that they just decided to not test him again so they wouldn't need to punish him. Now this kid might lose out on what he has worked hard for because the system has taught him that he doesn't need to follow the rules.
Clemson players will be a better on and off the field throughout their careers.

No matter who you are if you're an athlete constantly drinking fluids and sweating it isn't staying in your system one full month much less three months. Kid failed the test and then lied to the teams. They know that's definitely a lie so that's two strikes
