It says 'for the assistant coach', so my assumption is that it's against one individual and not the program (though I haven't taken time to read and see who that individual is).

Imagine that, "buck" a conference, file a law suit and here they come. We'll see if FSU is the only school (the example) or just the first. I would think more schools probably did even worse.
One thing we know, is it won't happen in Tiger Town which is a good thing! Keep it clean Dabo.

This is a nothing burger. Can't enforce a law in a land of lawlessness and even if you could, you don't have anything overseeing it with the authority to see it through
